Week 3 of #52ACTIONS

How is it already the 3rd week of January?! 2018 is already flying by, and we're already on to week 3 of our #52ACTIONS challenge.

 

Here's what we're doing this week:

Make one meal this week without meat (that you usually would not).

 

Why does this even matter? What difference does one vegetarian meal make? Your diet has a bigger impact on the environment than you may think. According to the Environmental Defense fund, if each American replaced chicken with plant-based foods just one meal per week, the carbon dioxide savings would be the same as taking more than half a million cars off the U.S. roads. Small changes make a difference, even when they feel insignificant. If you're new to the whole vegetarian thing, we made a list of 8 easy recipes to try this week if you're feeling uninspired.
